What data and why

There are no forms or sign-ups on this site. If you message me via WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger or Telegram, or give me a call, I process your name, contact details and the content of your message solely to arrange your appointment and to communicate with you. The legal basis is entering into and performing a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We’ll discuss any health questions in person at the studio.

Who else processes data

Messages go through the service you choose yourself — Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger) or Telegram — under their own privacy policies. The website runs on Vercel servers, which may briefly keep technical logs (e.g. your IP address) to keep the site running securely.

Retention

I keep conversations only as long as they are needed for bookings and follow-up care (such as a touch-up), and for no longer than 3 years after your last visit.

Cookies & map

This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. Only your chosen language is stored in your browser. The Google map on the Contact page loads only after you click — at that point Google may process your IP address and set cookies.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and port your data, and to lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Authority. Just message me.
